Cornelius, Lane & Mufti (CLM) is one of the largest and most well reputed law firms in Pakistan, highly regarded for its expertise in both contentious and non-contentious matters. The firm was formed in 1975 as "Lane & Mufti". Founding partners Terence M. Lane (former senior partner of Baker & McKenzie, London) and Afzal H. Mufti established the firm, which was renamed Cornelius, Lane & Mufti in 1979 when new partners joined, including former Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice (Retd.) A.R. Cornelius.
