Rabia Hassan

Rabia Hassan is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and an Attorney-at-Law admitted in New York and New Jersey, specialising in Corporate Law. With over ten years of experience practising in Pakistan and the United States, she advises and represents clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals and government bodies to multinational corporations on corporate and commercial matters, including regulatory compliance with state regulators, employment law, inheritance laws and securities laws.

Rabia's experience includes advising a public unlisted company in a share purchase transaction worth over US$30 million, acting as lender's counsel for a bilateral term facility to a Pakistan microfinance institution, and advising a foreign law firm on a cross-border due diligence project in the fintech sector. She has represented clients in disputes involving large‑scale development projects, land acquisition, environmental and procurement laws, and appeared before the High Courts and regulatory bodies in Pakistan. She served as Legal Associate for a provincial government agency on a public transport project and as Legal Expert on a UNDP‑commissioned national study on Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms in Pakistan.

Rabia holds a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in New Jersey. She is a member of the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey and an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
