Hammad Hussain Shah

Hammad Hussain Shah is a Senior Associate and an Advocate of the High Court, assisting senior litigation counsel with research and drafting work. He handles disputes involving commercial and constitutional law matters, including tax law matters, and advises clients on labour law compliance and corporate compliance issues, including due diligence requirements.

He holds a B.A.-LL.B. degree from the School of Law, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where he graduated in 2021. At LUMS, he served as a Research Assistant on the development of Islamic Finance in Europe, Asia, and the United States. He participated in national moot court competitions, including the L'ecole National Moot Court competition where he was awarded "Best Oralist," and the TMUC Moot Court competition in which his team was declared the winner.

He volunteered for the Legal Aid Society in 2020, mapping support services for victims of gender-based violence across various districts of Punjab.
