Hasnain Naqvee

Hasnain Naqvee is a Senior Partner at RIAA Barker Gillette in the Lahore office, specialising in Infrastructure Law. He leads the firm's Energy Department and has over 23 years of expertise in infrastructure projects, finance, corporate and commercial law, M&A, private equity and alternative dispute resolution.

Hasnain has been the legal counsel for the majority of power projects in Pakistan since 2000 and represents the Pakistan Wind Association. He has provided counsel on infrastructure projects with a cumulative value exceeding USD 10 billion, representing local and international investors across hydropower, thermal, renewable energy and solar projects. He also represents Korean investors on hydropower projects in Nepal.

Hasnain holds a B.A. in English Literature and an LL.B. from the University of Punjab.
