Khush Bakht

Khush Bakht is a Senior Associate at RIAA Barker Gillette, handling the firm's litigation practice at the Islamabad office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She handles a wide range of litigation matters, focusing on commercial and contractual disputes, regularly appearing before the High Courts, trial courts and various tribunals.

Khush Bakht represents clients in construction disputes between contractors and sub-contractors regarding large-scale infrastructure projects, and advises on recognising and enforcing arbitration agreements and awards in Pakistan. She previously served as a Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan for the Honourable Mr Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and for the then Chief Justice of Pakistan, the Honourable Mr Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.

Khush Bakht holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London International Programmes (2014), completed the Bar Professional Training Course at the University of the West of England (2016), and is an ADR ODR International Accredited Commercial and Civil Mediator. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, the Punjab Bar Council and the Lahore Bar Association.
