Saffi-Ul-Hassan

Saffi-Ul-Hassan is the Litigation Head at RIAA Barker Gillette's Lahore office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He focuses on high‑value commercial and tax disputes, complex constitutional litigation, procurement challenges and regulatory compliance, regularly representing leading public and private sector clients in high‑stakes disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Saffi gained extensive experience representing institutions including WAPDA, NTDC, Pakistan Expo Centres, Lahore Grammar School, PEMRA, PTA, OGRA and the FBR. He has appeared before Dispute Boards in relation to the Dasu Hydropower Project and the K‑IV Pipeline Project, and his reported judgments span constitutional, commercial, tax, procurement and service law, including matters involving the Election Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Television Corporation, multinational franchises and the oil and gas sector.

Saffi holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London, an LL.M. (Legal Practice) with Distinction from BPP University London, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. He is also an accredited civil‑commercial mediator by the Singapore International Mediation Institute.
