Muhammad Rehan

Muhammad Rehan is an Associate at Vellani & Vellani, working within the firm's Dispute Resolution team. He appears regularly before the High Court, District and Special Courts, Banking Courts, Labour Courts, the National Industrial Relations Commission, and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

His practice includes representing major banks before Banking Courts in recovery matters under both Islamic and conventional facilities; representing major companies in labour disputes before the National Industrial Relations Commission; representing government officials in service matters before the Sindh Service Tribunal; representing clients before the National Accountability Bureau Tribunal and the Commissioner Inland Revenue in tax matters; and advising companies on compliance matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

He also has experience in real estate transactions, including the drafting of sale agreements, sale deeds, declarations of oral gifts, gift deeds, and lease and license agreements, as well as advising landowners on estate planning matters. He holds an LL.B from Hamdard University (2012–2014) and a B.S in Physics from the University of Sindh (2008–2011). He is a member of the Sindh Bar Council and the Karachi Bar Association.
