Omair Saleem Malik

Omair Saleem Malik is a Senior Associate at RIAA Barker Gillette in Islamabad, Pakistan. He has been with the firm since 2010 and advises on almost all major facets of civil law, including banking, commercial, corporate, competition, financial, tax, labour, and constitutional law.

In his over 11 years of practice, he has appeared before the Banking Tribunal, the National Industrial Relations Commission, civil courts, and various other superior courts of Pakistan. He is enrolled with the Punjab Bar Council and is an Advocate of the High Court.

He holds an LL.B from the University of the Punjab (2004) and an LL.M from the University of East London (2010). He speaks English and Urdu.
