Naz Toosy

Naz Toosy is a Senior Associate at Vellani & Vellani in Pakistan, specialising in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan and has been called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple.

Naz practices before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts, and various tribunals, representing clients in a wide range of contentious matters, including rent cases, family and succession matters, property disputes, environmental law, constitutional law, contract law, and intellectual property law. She drafts suits, petitions, appeals, written statements, and other litigation documentation for foreign and local clients. She has co-authored publications on doing business in the Asia-Pacific and merger control in Pakistan.

Naz holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London (2004) and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Middle Temple (2005). She has been recognised with certificates of appreciation by the World Bank Group for her contributions to the Women, Business and the Law reports (2021–2024).
