Malik Asfandyar Khan

Malik Asfandyar Khan is an Associate at RIAA Barker Gillette's Islamabad office, specialising in Corporate Law. He assists the Firm's partners on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on transactional advisory, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate litigation, and international trade law.

Asfandyar brings cross‑jurisdictional experience across Pakistan, the United States and Canada, having previously practised at CounselX in New York, Rose Law Firm in Oregon, Emerge Law in Toronto, and Barsols Legal Consultants in Islamabad. He holds an LL.B. (Hons) from BPP University Law School, London, a Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law from the University of London, and a Post‑Graduate Certificate from Humber College, Toronto. He is a member of the Punjab Bar Council.
