Ahmad Mohid

Ahmad Mohid is an Associate at the Lahore office, specialising in Corporate Law. He assists on corporate and commercial and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, banking and finance, corporate governance, real estate, procurement, contractual matters, employment, and dispute resolution.

Ahmad has advised on M&A deals and obtained regulatory approvals from the Competition Commission of Pakistan and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan for joint ventures, mergers and shareholding acquisitions involving listed companies, startups and foreign corporations. He has contributed to public-private partnership projects, advised on land acquisition and real estate matters, and was part of the team engaged by a syndicate of banks for the debt recapitalisation and refinancing of RLNG Plants at Haveli Bahadur Shah and Balloki (1230 MW each). He also advises NGOs on charity registration, foreign funding approvals and regulatory compliance.

Ahmad holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London (2017) and an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London (2025). He is a member of the Punjab Bar Council, the Lahore High Court Bar Association and the Lahore Bar Association.
