Syed Hassan Dawood

Syed Hassan Dawood is an Associate at RIAA Barker Gillette in the Lahore office, specialising in Corporate Law. His expertise encompasses advising on regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, with particular focus on the power sector.

Syed Hassan is an integral part of the firm's litigation team, regularly appearing before High Courts, specialised courts and tribunals. He has experience in criminal litigation, white-collar crimes and serious felony offences, and previously served as In-House Legal Counsel at the Al-Futtaim Group in the United Arab Emirates.

Syed Hassan holds an LL.B. (Hons) from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. He is a member of the Bahawalpur Bar Association, the Lahore Tax Bar Association and the Punjab Bar Council.
