Amber Sheikh

Amber Sheikh is an Associate at Vellani & Vellani in Pakistan, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and banking and project finance. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and financing matters across multiple sectors.

Amber has advised Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited on the sale of its subsidiary, Fauji Meat Limited, to Fauji Foundation; a lender on the financing of a biomass‑powered steam generation plant in Khanewal, Punjab; and a company in the renewable sector on being licensed as an Electric Power Trader in the Competitive Trading Bilateral Contract Market.
