M Shaheer Roshan Shaikh

M Shaheer Roshan Shaikh is a Senior Associate at RIAA Barker Gillette in the Karachi office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He transitioned into corporate practice in November 2025, focusing on M&A, projects, banking and finance, and corporate advisory.

Shaheer was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in 2018 and spent seven years specialising in constitutional, tax and commercial litigation, as well as regulatory advisory, before joining RIAA Barker Gillette. He is dual-qualified as a Barrister of England and Wales and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and regularly appears before the High Courts of Sindh and Islamabad with a number of reported judgments to his credit.

Shaheer holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Queen Mary University of London and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP University. He also serves as a lecturer on the SQE programme at Lincoln Law.
