Didar Karim

Didar Karim is a Counsel at Vellani & Vellani in Pakistan, specialising in intellectual property law, trademark litigation, and copyright and domain name disputes. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan and has been practising since 1995, with extensive experience in the preparation, processing, and prosecution of trademark applications, oppositions, rectifications, cancellations, and infringement actions.

Didar has filed and pursued oppositions, rectification, and invalidation actions before the Trade Marks Office and the Copyright Office, and has advised clients on intellectual property litigation matters, including civil actions for infringement, passing off, and unfair competition.
