Khawja Mansoor

Khawja Mansoor is a Consultant at Vellani & Vellani in Pakistan and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, specialising in intellectual property law and dispute resolution. He has more than 50 years of experience as an advocate, with a particular focus on trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and related IP matters including prosecutions, oppositions, rectifications, infringements, and passing off.

Khawja Mansoor represents clients before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts, and District Courts across Karachi, Rawalpindi, Multan, Lahore, Peshawar, and Islamabad in civil litigation matters, including civil damages, intellectual property, real estate, contracts, banking, family laws, and corporate matters. He has held numerous leadership positions, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Sindh Bar Council (1999–2000), Vice President of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan (2008–2009), and Chairman of the Pakistan Intellectual Property Rights Association (1998–2014), during which he was also nominated as a member of the Policy Board of the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Islamic History and Culture from the University of Dacca, a Master of Arts in Islamic History and Culture, and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Dacca (1967). He was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate in 1967, admitted to the Sindh High Court in 1982, and admitted to the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 2000.
